We resign as Trustees of Aids Ark

We sell our house in London and start to live a nomadic life
between Malta, South Africa and the UK

I’m born 24 April in the UK. I live in Asia until the age of sixteen.
Educated: New Beacon Prep School and Tonbridge Public School

1970
I leave school with poor A levels and go straight to work – Frost and Reed Art Dealers, Bristol and London

1973
I travel the Hippy Trail – Asia, India and Middle East and then live briefly in Germany and France

1974
London becomes my home and I train as an Interior Designer subsequently working for David Hicks Mary Fox Linton Ltd. & Mary Fox Linton Ltd.

1977
I meet and fall in love with Jeremy Norman

1981
I’m appointed Director Interior Design, Mary Fox Linton Ltd.

1983
I start my own interior and furniture design business, Derek Frost Associates

1995
I close Derek Frost Associates and start to teach Yoga

2002
